6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward/center Anthony Davis returned to the lineup and posted a solid line in just 25 minutes action, but was benched in the fourth quarter in the win. Davis scored 24 of his 32 points in the first half and added nine rebounds with two assists and three blocks with two turnovers. It was an interesting night that had Davis getting booed early on to the crowd chanting for the superstar to return to the court in the fourth quarter. This odd situation is hard to read and Davis, when asked about back-to-backs, stated that the media needs to speak to the coaching staff. Odds are we will see him in street clothes for Saturday's tilt with the Grizz.--Gianni Costantiello
