Kenrich Williams Shines Off The Pine With 21 Points
6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans shooting guard Kenrich Williams registered 21 points with eight rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots across 38 minutes in Wednesday's 105-99 loss against the Denver Nuggets. He hit 8-for-14 from the field, including 5-for-9 from behind the three-point line, and he turned it over just twice. He is the second rookie this season to have a game with at least five triples within his first 16 career games, joining Atlanta's Trae Young. After rolling up eight points with a career-high 16 rebounds, he was on fire from behind the arc. Scoop him up right now, as he is showing some tremendous sleeper potential for the stretch run.
