6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans center Jahlil Okafor stepped into the starting five in Monday's 105-85 road victory against the Memphis Grizzlies with big man Anthony Davis (sprained left index finger) on the shelf for 1-2 weeks. Okafor posted a season-high 20 points while tying a season best with 10 rebounds and two blocked shots over 35 minutes. He was a very efficient 9-for-11 from the field, as the Pelicans didn't skip a beat without their injured All-Star. Okafor has some nice short-term fantasy viability in seasonal leagues, and he isn't a bad mid-tier big in DFS play until 'The Brow' is healthy enough to play.--Daniel Dobish
