Patrick Kane Collects Five Points In Sunday's Win
6 years agoChicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane picked up a pair of goals and added three assists while coming up big for his team in a 8-5 victory over the Washington Capitals on Sunday. With his production, the 30-year-old extended his personal point streak to eight games (six goals, 13 assists) and has registered six multi-point efforts over that same time span. Despite already being considering one of the greatest scorers of this past decade, Kane is currently on pace to set a new career-high in points this season with 112 points (106 points in 2015-2016) and now sits tied for fifth in league scoring with 70 points (29 goals, 41 assists) in 49 games. He's proving he's as dangerous as ever in 2018-2019 and should be a lock in lineups each night he suits up.
