6 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond received an unintentional elbow to the face while jockeying for a rebound on Friday night that resulted in the big man exiting to the locker room and not returning to action. He took the blow from James Johnson and was bleeding. It is unknown the severity of the injury and if he does miss some time, we should see Blake Griffin get a handful of minutes at the five and Zaza Pachulia seeing more minutes, but he does not hold much fantasy value.--Gianni Costantiello
