Dallas Mavericks small forward Harrison Barnes scored 16 points and led the team with a plus-13 rating in Sunday's win over OKC. His shot was off from deep, as he went only 1-for-5 with the three-ball, but Barnes shot a decent 6-for-13 from the field overall. He also had six rebounds and picked up multiple steals for a second consecutive game. OKC have given up the eighth-most points to small forwards this season, so Barnes was in a good spot to succeed. The same applies to Monday night when the two teams will meet up again.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Sacramento Kings duo Kevin Huerter and Harrison Barnes are reportedly available on the trade market, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype. Both players had disappointing campaigns in 2023-24, and it looks like the Kings will try to shake up the roster after failing to qualify for the playoffs. Barnes could be moving on just 12 months after signing a three-year, $54 million extension with the Kings. The 32-year-old has been a one-dimensional player throughout his career but has performed well in suitable situations. Huerter has proven himself to be a solid starter and could definitely do a good job for a number of teams if he isn't wanted in Sacramento anymore.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Sacramento Kings forward Harrison Barnes set a season-high on Thursday against his former team, the Golden State Warriors, scoring 39 points in the team's 134-133 road win. Barnes drained seven threes en route to his third 30-point game of the season, tying the second-most he's ever made in a game. The veteran forward has experienced significant performance swings, having back-to-back 30-point games, but he only scored more than 10 points once in the six games before that. The 31-year-old is averaging 12 points per game in 29 minutes this year, and he'll look to continue his hot streak on Saturday against the Mavericks.--Tony Camino - RotoBaller

Sacramento Kings forward Harrison Barnes has signed a three-year, $54 million contract extension with the organization. The two sides have been reportedly discussing a new deal and they finally come to terms before letting things play out in free agency. The veteran wing appeared in all 82 games for the Kings last season. He averaged 15.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists in 32.5 minutes per game. Barnes was still able to carve out a decent role for himself despite being the third option behind De'Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis. His fantasy value isn't elite as he finished 11th-round value in 9-cat formats last season. He should have similar production next season depending on what the Kings do this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

According to ESPN's James Ham, the Kings and forward Harrison Barnes have reportedly restarted discussions surrounding a new contract. Barnes played and started in all 82 regular season games in 2022, averaging 15.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.6 assists while shooting 37.4% from deep. There were reports Barnes was on his out of Sacramento. However, it appears there is a chance he'll remain with the team. But with the Kings looking to free up some cash, it's unknown how productive future talks will be between both sides.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
