6 years agoBoston Bruins goaltender Jaroslav Halak will man the crease as his team faces the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday night. The first-year Bruins is coming off an excellent performance against the Canadiens on Monday in which he stopped all 22 shots against to earn his tenth win of the season. Expected to serve in a backup role this season, Halak has actually put up better numbers than fellow Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask, as displayed by his sterling 2.27 goals-against average and .929 save percentage.
