Jordan Howard Will Try To Keep It Rolling Against Packers
6 years agoChicago Bears running back Jordan Howard will try to stay hot against a Packers team in Week 15 that is allowing the 12th fewest fantasy point to opposing backs this season. Howard posted his first 100-yard rushing game of the season last week against the Rams and now has 177 rushing yards over his last two games. The cold weather in Chicago has certainly helped Howard's value lately as Chicago' offense has leaned on the running game with more consistency. The third-year running back will go up against a Green Bay run defense that has allowed only two 100-yard rushers all season. Howard tallied 82 yards on 15 carries against the Packers in Week 1 of the season and he will get plenty of opportunities to succeed early on. But the Bears game plan's have a tendency to shift mid-game and Howard has disappeared often this season from the second-half action as the team leans on the passing game. That alone won't allow Howard to ascend above low-end RB2 status for Week 15.
