6 years agoThe Green Bay Packers defense/special teams unit had one of their best games of the season in a Week 14 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. They surrendered 20 points with one sack and two takeaways. Their fantasy output was bolstered by one of the turnovers when cornerback Bashaud Breeland returned an interception for a touchdown. Most of the points they gave up came later in the game when the outcome was firmly in hand. Green Bay’s defense has been ravaged by injuries this year and the strong outing was definitely a surprise. If it wasn’t for the pick-6, only their second touchdown of the season, it would have been just another underwhelming performance. While Green Bay has been useful as a streaming option this season, the injuries make them hard to rely on in any situation going forward. You should look for better options for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.--Tyger McGuiggan
