Colorado Avalanche forward Carl Soderberg found the score sheet once again in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Florida Panthers, posting a goal and an assist in 17:47 of total ice time. With his two points, the 33-year-old has now picked up at least one point in five of his previous six contests. Soderberg has been doing his part to provide secondary scoring on an electric Avalanche team this season and now has 21 points (10 goals, 11 assists) to go along with eight power-play points, 57 shots and 27 hits through his first 29 games. Given his recent hot streak and solid cross-category production, Soderberg ( just 16% owned in Yahoo! leagues) should be considered as a legitimate short-term play in most fantasy formats.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
