Andre Drummond Grabs 19 Boards In Win Over The Warriors
6 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond was unstoppable on the glass against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night. He grabbed a game-high 19 rebounds, including eight offensive rebounds. Drummond also scored 16 points, on 7-of-14 shooting and had three steals and two blocks. The Warriors had no answers for Drummond, as he eviscerated Damion Jones and Jordan Bell with his size and strength. Drummond is now averaging a career-high 16.5 rebounds-per-game this year. Unfournatley, it's not all good news Drummond this season, his free-throw shooting has regressed back down to 47.2 percent and he has a career-high 2.6 turnovers-per-game. However, if owners can stomach those stats, Drummond has had a stellar year in other areas. Drummond will look to have another strong game when he takes on Steven Adams and the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night.
