Chris Carson Should Have Room To Work
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson continues to lose some carries to the committee of Mike Davis and Rashaad Penny, but he's still clearly the primary back. Carson logged 17 carries for 83 yards and a touchdown in Seattle's narrow win over the Packers, and a similar line is likely this week against a mediocre Carolina run defense. Obviously, the concern of playing time still follows Carson like a cloud since head coach Pete Carroll has seemed to randomly ride other backs at times, but Carson is on pace to finish the season with nearly 1,000 yards on the ground and a handful of touchdowns. Not exactly a world-beater, but a solid back-end performer for fantasy teams.
