Dennis Schroder Scores 23 Points In Start
Dennis Schroder found himself reinserted into the starting lineup for Friday’s game against the Charlotte Hornets due to the injuries to Terrance Ferguson, Hamidou Diallo and Alex Abrines, all of whom sat out. That led to a 23-point performance from Schroder, who knocked down four triples just one contest after hitting a season-high five threes and scoring 32 points. Should Oklahoma City remain thin at the off-guard spot alongside Westbrook, those Schroder owners who benefited from Westbrook’s absence can continue to deploy the 25-year-old with confidence.

Dennis Schroder Back In Action Friday
Dennis Schroder (ankle) will be back in the lineup on Friday against the Denver Nuggets. He has been cleared for action after sitting out one game due to a left ankle sprain. Schroder has not been an attractive fantasy piece since his move to Detroit. In six games with the Pistons, the 2023 World Cup MVP has averaged 8.2 points and 4.2 assists in 18.2 minutes. Schroder will continue in a bench role on Friday.

Dennis Schroder Available Against The Hornets
Dennis Schroder (trade pending) is available for Sunday's matchup with the Hornets. The veteran has bounced around the National Basketball Association this season, suiting up for the Nets and Warriors before getting shipped to the Pistons ahead of the deadline. While he could have a rough time finding consistent minutes in Detroit, he should at least overthrow Marcus Sasser for the spot behind Cade Cunningham (ankle). With that said, Schroder should have spells of efficiency moving forward, although he likely won't be a consistent fantasy performer. Unfortunately, his ceiling might decrease significantly if Jaden Ivey (leg) can work his way back from a broken Fibula.

Dennis Schroder Won't Make Pistons Debut On Friday
Dennis Schroder won't debut for his new club against the 76ers on Friday after recently being acquired in a trade with the Golden State Warriors. The 31-year-old was recently a part of the huge Jimmy Butler trade on Wednesday. Schroder could boost fantasy manager's lineups as he could see an expanded role with the Pistons. He's averaged 14.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 29.8 minutes per contest across 46 games this season. His next opportunity to return to the court and debut for the Pistons comes on Sunday versus Charlotte.

Dennis Schroder Flipped To The Pistons
Dennis Schroder as part of the complicated Jimmy Butler trade that landed Butler in Golden State and Schroder in the Motor City with a stop in Utah, although he never played for the Jazz. Schroder started the season with the Nets and played 23 games, averaging 18.4 points and 6.6 assists before being traded to Golden State. He played 24 games with the Warriors but never seemed to fully gel with his new squad. He played 24 games with the Warriors, averaging 10.6 points, 4.4 assists, and 2.3 rebounds. Schroder will bring some nice veteran depth to the Pistons backcourt behind Cade Cunningham and Jaden Ivey, and he could help fill in for Ivey in the short term while Ivey works his way back from a fractured fibula.
