Jordan Reed Seeks Resurgent Second Half
6 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed showed his first real signs of life all season in Week 11, racking up 71 yards and a touchdown while also seeing his second-highest target total of the year. He'll look to build on his success against a Cowboys defense that has done well at limiting tight end production outside of a Week 10 explosion from Philly's Zach Ertz. The matchup isn't friendly, but Reed finally has some momentum after last week's performance, and the Redskins will need him to step up down the stretch to make things easier on new starting quarterback Colt McCoy. If Reed takes on the safety net role in the passing game, he could provide some long-awaited results for fantasy owners patient enough to resist dropping him.
