6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Jake Layman contributed just six points and four rebounds against the Lakers on Wednesday. While Layman is the starting small forward, his overall contribution has meant little to the success of the 10-4 Blazers. His season totals are 5.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and .3 assists per game. With the return of the injured Maurice Harkless possibly this week, he likely will be relegated back to a bench role and quite likely will not be in the regular rotation. Layman is not a fantasy asset and should not be owned in any formats.--Jim Patton
