Carolina Hurricanes goaltender Scott Darling took the loss against Detroit on Saturday after allowing three goals on 32 shots. Darling has now allowed exactly three goals in each of his four starts and has a save percentage of .905 this season. Saturday night was the first time Carolina called on Darling for consecutive starts since he returned from a lower-body injury that had him miss the start of the season. The starter's net in Carolina is wide open, and if this weekend is any indication, Darling may have the inside track to the job. If he can seize the job, and play closer to his days in Chicago than his first year in Carolina where he logged a .888 save percentage, then he could become a valuable fantasy commodity.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
