Damyean Dotson Continues His Consistent Play
6 years agoNew York Knicks wing Damyean Dotson tallied 11 points, eight rebounds, one assist and one steal in a season-high 36 minutes on Friday. He was 5-for-13 from the field and 1-for-3 from beyond the arc. The 2017 second-round selection has now scored in double figures and made a three-pointer in all eight games this year. His rebound total tied his second-highest output in that category and also marked the fifth time he has collected five or more boards. While the 24-year-old has not been a very efficient scorer this season -- partly due to the fact he does not get to the free-throw line (six attempts) -- he has been an effective scorer. Fantasy owners should at least give Dotson, who has posted an effective shooting percentage of 50 percent or better six times this season, a look in DFS contests.
