Khris Middleton Locked Down in Loss To The Celtics
6 years agoMilwaukee Bucks shooting guard Khris Middleton couldn't find the range in a loss to the Boston Celtics on Thursday night. He scored just 16 points, on 6-for-18 shooting and hit on just 3-of-10 three-pointers. Middleton did salvage his line a bit, with five assists, four rebounds, and two steals. This is back-to-back rough shooting games for Middleton, but owners shouldn't be too worried. He’s faced two solid defenses in the Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics. So he should get his shooting figured out soon. The last two games notwithstanding, Middleton has been great this year, putting up top-25 value and he's thriving in head coach Mike Budenholzers three-point heavy offense. Middleton is third in three-pointers per game at 3.9 a night and he should stay in at least the top-10 in that category barring any unforeseen injuries. He’ll get a better matchup Sunday night against the surprisingly good Sacremento King.
