Lou Williams Leads Clippers in Scoring on Thursday
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams had a strong outing off the bench in the loss to the 76ers on Thursday. Williams only logged 24 minutes, but he racked up 26 points on 9-for-19 shooting. He went 2-for-5 from deep and converted on 6-of-7 free-throw attempts. Sweet Lou dished out two assists, grabbed one rebound and came away with a steal as well. Williams has not been given a lot of minutes this year, but he has been consistently effective in his playing time, averaging 20.0 points over his last five games in just 23.4 minutes per game. He will look to continue his streak of solid outings against the Magic tomorrow night.
