Mitch Trubisky Delivers Two Touchdowns In Win
6 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky completed 16 of 29 passes for 220 yards, 51 rushing yards and two passing touchdowns in the Bears 24-10 win over the Jets. Trubisky has now posted four straight solid fantasy performances despite his, at times, uneven efforts on the field. The second-year quarterback got a huge boost when a screen pass to running back Tarik Cohen was taken to the house for a 70-yard touchdown. But Trubisky also went through a stretch in the first half where he completed only 1 of 9 passes and his issues with inaccuracy surfaced again. There is little doubt, however, that his game continues to grow and he has proven to be a fantastic rushing quarterback. Trubisky needs to be rostered in all leagues but has a sneaky tough matchup on the road next week against the Bills.
