Another Ineffective Outing For Josh Doctson
6 years agoWashington Redskins wide receiver Josh Doctson led the team in receiving yards with 49 in Sunday's win over the Giants. He also reeled in all five of his targets. This outing can be spun one of two ways. Doctson's five receptions and 49 yards are both season highs, and perhaps this is a much-needed step in the right direction. On the other hand, when a player's "season highs" after seven games are that low, maybe this isn't anything to pay attention to. Doctson also has yet to reach the endzone in 2018, so it isn't like he's accounting for low volume with big plays. Sunday was Doctson's best all-around game, but we need to see much more from him before he's worth fantasy consideration.
