Kawhi Leonard Has A Full Stat Line Against The Mavs
6 years agoToronto Raptors small forward Kawhi Leonard did a little bit of everything for his team in a win over the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night. Leonard scored a team-high 21 points, on 7-for-16 shooting and shot a perfect 6-for-6 from the line. He also stuffed the stat sheet with nine rebounds, five assists, three steals, one block, and one three-pointer, in 35 minutes of work. After only snagging one steal in his first two games combined, the Klaw has been a monster on the defensive end. Over his last three games he’s averaged 2.3 steals and 1.0 blocks-per-game. That combined with his scoring and strong all-around play should make Kawhi an easy top-12 player in fantasy this season. He’ll look to have another strong game when his team takes on the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night. However, Leonard may be in tough, as the Bucks are giving up the third lowest points-per-game to the small forward position this season, at just 16.2 per game.
