Nashville Predators center Ryan O'Reilly rejoined the lineup and had a great game in Thursday's 4-1 victory at Dallas. He was involved in three goals, lightning the lamp twice and recording one assist. The veteran forward had missed the previous three games with a lower-body injury. O'Reilly's productivity has been disappointing this season, but it hasn't been easy for him on a struggling team. Through 27 outings, O'Reilly is sporting 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists). Most of his points (8) came in October, so there have been some really dark times for O'Reilly in the last couple of months, but he'll have some momentum following Thursday's impressive performance.

Nashville Predators center Ryan O'Reilly was forced to witness the first loss in nine games for his team against Montreal on Tuesday, but from a personal perspective, it was another superb outing for him. The veteran forward finished a 4-3 overtime loss with a goal and two assists. O'Reilly scored in a third consecutive game, and he'll head into the next matchup carrying a five-game point streak. Following a largely disappointing campaign in 2022-23, O'Reilly has found a spark again this season and is on course for his first 70-point year since 2018-19. With 63 games played, he sits on 23 goals and 31 assists.
