6 years agoOllie Schniederjans shot a three-over par at the CIMB Classic to finish in 74th place out of 78 players. The American's poor showing comes on the heels of a bottom two result at the Safeway Open and two additional missed cuts before that. The 25-year-old concluded the week in 75th place in birdies produced and 76th in bogeys made. Schniederjans is a birdie maker, so his recent lack of explosiveness is very concerning. The former No. 1 amateur in the world is currently the 10th alternate for this week's CJ Cup. It appears unlikely that Schniederjans will find his way into the field in South Korea and should be viewed as a volatile option the next time he tees it up.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
