X-Rays Negative For Tim Hardaway Jr. On Friday
6 years agoNew York Knicks guard Tim Hardaway Jr. (wrist) left Friday's preseason game against the Brooklyn Nets due to a sprained left wrist and he was unable to return. He had X-rays after the game which ended up being negative. Trey Burke was the biggest beneficiary of more run in the second half, with Emmanuel Mudiay also factoring in a bit. It sounds like Hardaway, who still posted a team-high 18 points before departing, appears to have escaped a major injury. However, it's something to keep an eye on heading into the regular season opener Wednesday night against the Atlanta Hawks, his former team.
