Mark Ingram Returns With Two Touchdowns
6 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram returned to the lineup with 73 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns in the Saints 43-19 win over the Redskins. Ingram was involved early and often, leading the team with 16 carries. Ingram was suspended the first four games of the season for violating the league's drug policy and his legs looked fresh as he ripped off several strong runs on the first drive. Ingram immediately handcuffed running back Alvin Kamara, who came into the game as the highest scoring player in fantasy through five weeks. Surely, Kamara will still be a huge part of the offense but the Saints are determined to involve Ingram moving forward.
