Conor Sheary Leads Potent Power Play for Sabres
6 years agoBuffalo Sabres forward Conor Sheary scored two power-play goals in a 3-1 win over the New York Rangers. His move to Buffalo and subsequent assignment to the top power-play unit are already inflating Sheary's fantasy value, which had taken a dip after only scoring 30 points last season. Sheary's two power-play goals match his career high in power-play goals in a season and are a sign that a return to the 50 point range could be ahead for Sheary. As long as Sheary remains with Jack Eichel on even strength and on the top power-play unit, he will remain a player worth adding in deeper leagues.
