Jordan Wilkins Effective In Week 5
6 years agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jordan Wilkins was efficient in Week 5 against the New England Patriots. Unfortunately for Wilkins, the Colts defense was unable to stop the Patriots on offense, which kept him on the sidelines while fellow rookie running back Nyheim Hines was on the field. Wilkins finished the night with six carries for 39 yards and two catches for nine yards. Wilkins is only rosterable in deeper leagues, but he can't be started unless he finds a more consistent role in this offense. In games where the Colts lead, Wilkins should stay busy. The defense has a lot of work to do before it gets to that level of production.
