6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer will head into the playoffs slashing .322/.391/.435 over his last 30 games. Injuries and prolonged slumps cut into Springer's success this season but finished up strong, including one doubles, two home runs and eight runs batted in over his final eight games. The Astros will open up the ALDS against the Indians ace Corey Kluber on Friday and Springer has had success against the right-hander. The 29-year-old is 4-for-11 (.363) over the past two seasons against Kluber with a double. Springer is a solid selection in DFS for the slate of playoff games on Friday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
