6 years agoToronto Maple Leafs forward William Nylander has not yet agreed to a contract and remains a restricted free agent and as a result, he will not be in the lineup for Toronto's opening game against Montreal on Wednesday. With contract negotiations still ongoing there is no timetable for his return but with the cost of missing games now a reality, you have to imagine that an agreement will be made sooner rather than later. Whenever the former first-round pick rejoins the team, he is set to play alongside superstar center Auston Matthews and Patrick Marleau which is a set-up that should help him score more than 60 points for the third straight season.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
