6 years agoSeattle Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas remains in the news on nearly a daily basis, and this week was no different. Thomas didn't show up for two days of practice without much of an excuse, the team is debating fining him a considerable amount, and trade talks still swirl constantly due to Thomas' holdout before the season and contract squabbles. When Sunday rolls around though, Thomas gets discussed for different reasons. Against the Cowboys, Thomas snagged a pair of deflections for interceptions that were highlight-worthy and made a huge difference in the game as Seattle secured their first win of the season. Thomas' future seems to be destined to be playing for a different team, but for now, he's one of the linchpins to the Seattle defense.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
