Nyheim Hines Limited On Wet Day In Philadelphia
6 years agoIndianapolis Colts rookie running back Nyheim Hines figured to see an increased workload with veteran Marlon Mack (hamstring, foot) out. However, due to struggles by the offense and bad weather, Hines didn't quite reach his ceiling in PPR formats. Hines' speed gives him some big-play ability, but he just didn't have that this week, as the Colts offense looked disjointed for much of the day. Hines needed to capitalize on Mack's absence and he was unable to do so. Moving forward, Hines will continue to have value when Mack misses or is limited, but that is only in PPR formats, as he isn't much of a natural runner. Hines' owners will need to keep an eye on Mack's status on a week-to-week basis.
