Jordan Wilkins Disappears Against Eagles
6 years agoHeading into the Sunday matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts running back Jordan Wilkins was expected to have an increased workload due to the absence of veteran Marlon Mack and bad weather. However, he only had eight total touches on the day, with only six carries. He was largely ineffective against a stout Eagles defense. Moving forward, the Colts will be looking for more from the rookie, but they have to give him the touches. On a day where quarterback Andrew Luck struggled, Wilkins should have been given more touches.
