Brandin Cooks Lights It Up In Week 2
6 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams added burner wide receiver Brandin Cooks this offseason in a trade with the New England Patriots. He showed his value in a big way this week against the Arizona Cardinals. He finished with seven catches for 159 yards on nine targets. The Rams offense is centered around three wide receivers and running back Todd Gurley. Cooks has been the leading receiver for quarterback Jared Goff in both weeks. His production is still somewhat volatile due to big plays being a major part of what he does, but he appears to have a consistent role in this offense. Barring a poor matchup, he should be a consistent fantasy starter moving forward.
