Reynaldo Lopez Tosses Third Straight Quality Start
6 years agoChicago White Sox starter Reynaldo Lopez was excellent on Sunday against the Los Angeles Angels. Lopez went six scoreless innings allowing only two hits. He racked up 10 strikeouts while issuing three walks. Unfortunately, his offense failed to show up as the White Sox lost 1-0. Regardless, Lopez has been dominant lately as he has only allowed two runs in his past 20 innings. He still has an unsightly 5-9 record with a 4.22 ERA this season, but the right-hander is definitely gaining traction as a solid streaming option for the fantasy playoffs. He is worth a look in his next projected start on Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles.
