Joe Mixon Looks For Redemption Against Indy
6 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon will face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 and he might have revenge on his mind. He was bottled up for just 19 rushing yards on 11 carries on Oct. 29, 2017 against Indianapolis, one of three games last season where he averaged less than two yards per tote. He was able to squirt free for a career-high 91 yards on three receptions, but he also lost a fumble in that game, too. The good news is that OT Cordy Glenn is healthy and was removed from the injury report, so the Cincinnati offensive line is at full force. Mixon is a nice RB2 or flex option in most standard leagues and he isn't a bad DFS addition in the opener, either.
