Freddie Freeman Snaps Out Of Funk
6 years agoAtlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman was 2-for-4 at the plate on Thursday with three RBI, a run scored, and a strikeout. It was a much-needed breakout for the 28-year-old, as Freeman was entrenched in a 3-for-27 slump over his prior seven games. Freeman still has fantastic numbers for the season, as evidenced by his .311 average, .394 OBP, 20 home runs, 81 RBI, and eight stolen bases. Hopefully, this game sparks a turnaround and Freeman can get back to his dominant ways.
