Dalyn Dawkins Gets Big Workload In Preseason Finale
6 years agoTennessee Titans running back Dalyn Dawkins saw a big workload in Thursday's preseason finale versus the Minnesota Vikings, rushing 17 times for 53 yards. Dawkins also saw four targets in the passing game but was unable to haul any in. Dawkins came in after veteran David Fluellen, who is a lock to make the roster as the third running back. This could mean that Dawkins has passed rookie Akrum Wadley and is now in consideration as the fourth running back, should the team decide to keep that many. Dawkins looked explosive and displayed good vision on many occasions, but his limited ability in the passing game and on special teams could make his case a little harder.
