Rashard Higgins Has Roster Spot Locked Up
6 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins leads the team with eight receptions and 113 yards through three preseason games. He has a roster spot locked up just one year after failing to make the 53-man roster right before Week 1 last summer. "He has really improved," head coach Hue Jackson said. "He is one of the most improved player. I truly believe that." Higgins was promoted from the practice squad in Week 2 last season and he ended up with 27 receptions, 312 yards and two touchdowns. With the additions of Jarvis Landry, Antonio Callaway and others, Higgins should be left to the waiver wire in a majority of fantasy leagues.
