Carlos Correa Drives Home Two In Win
6 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa hit a two-run single that was all the Astros needed for a 3-1 win over the Angels on Sunday. Correa has been scuffling at the plate since returning to the lineup from a back injury. Correa came into the game with a .236 slugging percentage over his last 55 at-bats and the All-Star is hitting only .223 over his last 30 games played. These numbers are a far cry from the terror that Correa inflicted upon opponents in 2017. Correa still has a shot to get on a hot streak but time is running short in the fantasy season. Correa is now hitting .252 with 14 home runs and 58 runs batted in on the season.
