Dustin Johnson Can't Capture Elusive Second Major
6 years agoDustin Johnson once again was unable to add a second major title to his record. The American ended Friday at seven-under par and in a share of fourth place, but as has been the case far too often in his career, Johnson faltered during the weekend and was only able to finish in a share of 27th place. Johnson, who is now 34 years old, is beginning to run out of opportunities. As of right now, he is still in his prime and will have a handful of quality chances left in his career to add another major or two, but with his friend Brooks Koepka up to three majors at the age of 28, Johnson is beginning to have golfers pass him by on the pantheon of greatest golfers of this era.
