Bills Shifting Into a New Offense
6 years agoBuffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll is in the process of implementing a new offensive scheme, making this time of year crucial for the retooled Bills. Learning from some all-time greats, Daboll has had the pleasure to work alongside the likes of Bill Belichick and Nick Saban. It may take an adjustment period, but the Bills are in the midst of employing more passing plays after relying on the run so much last year. This will be perhaps a less predictable offense geared more to a balanced attack with lots of variation. Running back LeSean McCoy has been the engine that makes this offense run in the last three seasons, but they may try to lighten his load to keep him healthy in 2018. McCoy could also be facing a suspension for domestic violence, which makes him a riskier RB1 choice than he's been in recent seasons.
