Cody Kessler Continues Strong Training Camp
6 years agoJacksonville Jaguars quarterback Cody Kessler has now taken part in nine 11-on-11 practice sessions so far at training camp and has yet to throw an interception. Kessler, who Jacksonville acquired from Cleveland for a conditional seventh round pick back in March, will take over the backup role that Chad Henne had occupied for the last several seasons for the Jaguars, but his age and the way he's thrown the ball at camp could give him a place in Jacksonville's future plans should Blake Bortles struggle in 2018. Kessler should be off of fantasy radars completely right now, but he could be worth monitoring in dynasty leagues as the season goes along.
