Lance Lynn Traded to Yankees
6 years agoThe New York Yankees have acquired starter Lance Lynn from the Minnesota Twins. Lynn has had a mediocre season in the Twin Cities, compiling a 7-8 record and a 5.10 ERA. It seems more likely that Lynn will serve in a middle-relief role for the Bronx Bombers, but he could start at the back end of the rotation if need be. Lynn was lacking fantasy appeal before the trade, and if he does move to the bullpen, this deal exterminates the little bit of value he had left. Even if he starts, the thought of him pitching in Yankee Stadium is a scary proposition. Until his situation becomes clearer, it is best to steer clear.
