Josh Reddick Slugging .460 In July
6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick has turned on the power over the past few weeks heading into the All-Star break. Reddick failed to go deep in both May and June but already has three home runs in the month of July and is slugging .460 over his last 50 at-bats. Reddick posted a .313/.363/.484 line last season with 82 runs batted in but has failed to get into a rhythm in 2018. A leg infection was a huge setback for Reddick and just now appears to be getting back into the true flow of the season. For the season, Reddick is hitting .258 with nine home runs, 10 doubles and 29 runs batted in. As long as he can remain healthy, expect more production in the second half from the veteran outfielder.
