6 years agoNew York Mets slugger Yoenis Cespedes (hip) is nearing a return to the lineup. Cespedes has been out since May 13 with a multitude of lower body injuries, but Mets manager Mickey Callaway said he could conceivably see Cespedes returning immediately after the All-Star break. Cespedes has only managed to play in 37 games so far this season, but he managed to smack eight homers and 28 RBI in that span. He is a great source of power and would be given every opportunity to drive in runs on a mediocre Mets team.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
