Gleyber Torres Exits After Just Four Innings
6 years agoThe New York Yankees are dealing with another possible injury and it involves their star rookie infielder. Gleyber Torres sat out Tuesday’s game against the Atlanta Braves as he continues to deal with a recurring injury to his right hip. While manager Aaron Boone seemed optimistic about it, he did state that the 21-year-old deals with the problem periodically. On Wednesday, he was inserted back into the starting lineup, but after two strikeouts in four innings, he was pulled from the game, as Brandon Drury entered the game at third base, moving Neil Walker over to second.
