Royce Freeman Has Chance To Be Featured Back
Royce Freeman, a third-round pick in April's draft at 71st overall, has a chance to become the team's featured back in his first season. As of now, Devontae Freeman is atop the depth chart as the lead back, but Freeman and De'Angelo Henderson will push him for work. Freeman showed 4.5-second speed during his pre-draft workouts and averaged 5.9 yards per carry in four seasons in college. Freeman is a fine dynasty pick and could be a sleeper in redraft leagues as well as a handcuff to Booker.
