Giancarlo Stanton Continues Hot Streak
6 years agoAfter struggles and boos during the first two months of the regular season, New York Yankees slugger Giancarlo Stanton appears to have seriously figured things out as his club continues to win. Taking on the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday night in the Bronx, the 28-year-old drilled another home run to center field in the first inning, tying things up after an early deficit. The home run was his 17th of the season, moving within one of Aaron Judge for most on the club. An even more positive anecdote is his performance over the past seven games, as he’s hit .346 with six RBI.
