Didi Gregorius Goes Yard In Three-Hit Performance
6 years agoIf there was still any doubt that Didi Gregorius has recovered from his May slump, Friday night surely wiped all those doubts away. The New York Yankees shortstop picked up three hits, including a solo home run, en route to a 5-0 victory. It was the second time in five games that Gregorius recorded a three-hit performance. The 28-year-old is now hitting .317 this month, more closely mirroring his April performance rather than the aforementioned abysmal May. He now has 14 home runs and 39 RBI on the season, still en route to a career season in those statistics.
